Rated 3 out of 5 by Chumsaeng from 1year is not one year. I paid for the warranty but effectiveness is almost 1 month later. So, 1 year warranty is only 11 month + a few days! Other complaining is I rejected the parcel because it was anonymous sender. After reading your mail I thought it must be your's, so I called them to re-send the package!
