Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wrong recommendations!! I moved from Jakarta to Bangkok recently and after re-installing my printer, I was set to start home printing again. I realized my current cartridge was fully dried up and I had to order my regular HP802 black. I soon realized that this one was not available in Bangkok and the HP site recommended that I buy HP61 instead for my existing model of printer that I brought in from Jakarta, Indonesia. So with complete faith on the HP website recommendation, I placed the order online and made the payment. Only to discover that the HP61 cartridge was no compatible with my printer as it refused to recognize the HP61 cartridge. Money wasted, printer cartridge wasted and a case of lost faith. And further, no response to my complaint on the website. HP, are you listening???
