What did you get out of MAP?
I grew my career exponentially in just 26 months and received the strongest HR foundation I could have hoped for from tech’s top business leaders.
What has MAP done for your career?
I have grown leaps and bounds in such a short amount of time; I have learned business acumen and skillsets that otherwise would have taken me years to acquire.
What makes MAP unique?
You have a cohort to share experiences, best practices, and direct feedback with. HR leadership is involved and invested in every MAP and is always willing to offer development opportunities, stretch assignments, or even career advice. The MAP provided me with a broad view of the HR landscape and equipped me with the relevant, universal tools to explore it.
What has MAP done for your career?
You don’t emerge from MAP an expert. Rather, you emerge with the theoretical and practical skills to excel in any HR role and team.
What makes MAP unique?
MAPs are granted immediate, complete ownership of roles and projects, a phenomenon rooted in the implicit trust and explicit support that defines the program.

What did you get out of MAP?
As a MAP, I have been surprised at the access to our HR Leadership Team, who have served as mentors and coaches throughout the program so far. I have been impressed by the opportunities provided through the rotations and the breadth of experience I have gained.
What has MAP done for your career?
As a career switcher, the experiences provided through the rotations has given me the chance to test various components to HR that I wouldn’t have had exposure to in a traditional program. This variety helps me understand where my core interests are maximized within HR and helped fill professional gaps.
What makes MAP unique?
The ability to network and learn from the HR Leadership Team is a unique aspect to the program. This access provides career acceleration and support that would be difficult to find elsewhere.
