The HP Victus 16.1 Gaming Laptop has Amazing Functionality and Portability.
The Victus laptop has a numeric pad that I can use for easy entry of spreadsheet data or mathematic computations, and the numeric pad has a dedicated key for the calculator, which is very handy. The size of the laptop makes it more portable than the larger 17-inch laptops, and the lighter materials that were used in the build of this laptop (i.e. the use of more plastic than metal) make it easier to carry. I like the customization options for the Victus line that lets you choose different colors (I chose white). The higher specs that I opted for also make it twice more powerful than my previous gaming laptop and was purchased at less than half the price that I purchased my last gaming laptop (granted I purchased this Victus laptop during a special sale).
The laptop is pre-programed for the easy use of HyperX Headphones, to plug in the wireless USB for the headphones and instantly use them (without needing to manually change the audio output and microphone input from the system settings). The Victus laptop has a dedicated key to the Omen Gaming Hub, which is very useful tool for organizing and optimizing your laptop's games; the gaming hub also provides information on your computer's performance anytime during the laptop's use, even during laptop gaming, by providing a hotkey for making the performance gauges of the laptop's hardware appear for viewing. The Omen Gaming Hub also has a shortcut to the Fanatical Gaming Store that provides discounted prices for games provided through the Steam Game Store or the Xbox Game Store. The Omen Gaming Hub also notifies you of hardware deals from HyperX that may be of interest. Finally, the Omen Gaming Hub is also the program to change the backlight function and color of your keyboard; since my laptop is white-colored, I really appreciate changing the backlight of my keyboard from white to a different color that I want.
