I need to return the product. Once I receive it, I realized that I needed a 32A Drum not the 19A drum that was sent. I followed the product line when I ordered, so I am disappointed that I am still waiting to get my printer back online.

I'm replacing the original cartridge after 4 years of use. Why do I need a new drum? Does the drum only last as long as a cartridge? I've had a P2055 for many years and have never had to even think about the drum.
The HP 19A typically lasts up to 12,000 pages whereas the toner for the p2055 typically lasts up to 2,300 pages.

I have a LaserJet M102W that uses a 17A printer cartridge and a 19A imaging drum. I understand that the drum will last about 6X more pages than the cartridge. But how will I know when drum needs replacing?
Hello Mary, and thanks for your question! You should see a message that your drum needs replacing. However, if your print darkness is suddenly lighter or the print has vertical lines in it, that would be a good time to replace the drum also.
