    Rated 3 out of 5 by Lola HD from Cheap body I've had 3 HP laptops in the past. All 3 I built out myself, the last one was 12 years ago. I since switched to a different system but when it came time for my husband to get a windows laptop, I knew I wanted to get HP. He didn't need anything really fancy so I opted for a ready to ship option. I looked at the specs of hardware more than anything and the large price tag of over $1700 slashed down to 60% look super appealing. Also this computer is highly rated so I didn't look into it too much. But the body of the computer is cheaply made. It's a light, soft feeling plastic. The keyboard isn't backlit. To me, the computer is worth the price I paid of $689, not full price of $1700. So I feel doped like the price was never actually $1700 and they just put that on there to make you think you're getting a higher priced computer at a great deal. My husband works construction and really does need a sturdier computer to pack around than this. But since he's very new to computers, he's keeping it. If you looking for something with a backlit keyboard, this isn't it. Price point was what he was looking to spend and again the hardware is what he needs but I can't get over how cheap the plastic feels for a supposed "$1700+" computer.

While I admit that I’m particular about my technology, this device feels exceptionally cheap and slow. Neither worth the retail price nor the heavily discounted price. Quality should be the standard these days, even for the entry level offering. Less SKUs, more focus.

    Can I connect the HP 250 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC to the HP Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M283 fdw and if so what will I need.

    Thank you for your question! Yes the HP 250 G9 Notebook will be compatible with the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw. The printer can connect via WiFi if you have a wireless connection setup, or via USB with a USB printer cable. If connecting via USB, the USB cable must be purchased separately.
