Echols from Took too long to get help I called to talk to someone I had questions with my laptop which I have not received yet and I was transferred I was kept on hold hung up on kept on hold, spent 20 minutes trying to get in touch With someone I canceled the service it was terrible, so if I decide later in about six months after I’ve had my computer a while I may reconsider, but as of now I asked for a refund.

Does this warranty need to be bought in the same order of the laptop or one can purchase later?

There is no advantage in terms of length of protection in buying the Care Pack later than buying the PC. This Care Pack coverage starts the day of the PC purchase. Thanks for your question!

When I bought my laptop (2022), I automatically received the one-year manufacturer’s warranty. It expired last year (2023), but now in 2024 I want to keep my laptop 100% protected. Can I buy this warranty without any problems?
