Took too long to get help
I called to talk to someone I had
questions with my laptop which I have not received yet and I was transferred I was kept on hold hung up on kept on hold, spent 20 minutes trying to get in touch With someone I canceled the service it was terrible, so if I decide later in about six months after I’ve had my computer a while I may reconsider, but as of now I asked for a refund.

I like how it is refundable if we take care of it. Very novel idea. It was the deal sealer; without that option, we likely wouldn't have pursued the care pack. This is somewhat like your InstaInk program - very user friendly.

I still have not received my Laptop. How can I write a reasonable review. HP needs to be aware of their shipping/delivery schedule/action BEFORE they ask Customers for their Opinion. Get real. Ask AFTER I have had the opportunity to evaluate this purchase.

Bluetooth problems
Only one problem with it so far. I bought it as a gift for my girlfriend who is not really computer savvy. We were unable to install a blue tooth mouse and the Bluetooth connection to her phone drops out
