Fine Cartridge - Bad Printer System
The cartridge works fine and was easy to install. However, it's preposterous that non-printing functions like scanning to a computer are disabled when one ink cartridge is empty.

I've always trusted HP
I've read several negative reviews about HP products, but personally I've never had any issues with HP. I currently have two HP printers that have performed well with just a couple of issues - mostly driver issues. When it comes to printers I don't think it is logical to expect perfection. When you have a machine or electrical device with moving parts issues will eventually happen. I've ordered two ink cartridges from HP for my HP X476dw. I don't trust any brand of ink cartidge other than HP. They may be more costly, but you don't have to worry about what you purchased. If I ever need another printer, it will be HP.

I purchased my multi HP fax, scanner, and color printer 3 years ago.
It prints great and the ink last all time. The ink is a tad bit expensive but like I shared it prints thousands of copies and last me many months at time.
Would highly recommend = over all great value.
