Rated 1 out of 5 by OV A from Disappointed The world is now based on the belief of "OBSOLESCENCE"! HP 4015 Printer has been a workhorse for years. I ordered the correct maintenance kit CB 388A. However, from HP store the kit did not contain the correct rollers, thus rendering my printer useless. The customer rep for the store authorized a new replacement, with a return label forthcoming with the replacement. After waiting days for the replacement, inquiring where it was in shipping, now told that is not their policy. DISAPPOINTED!!!
