Rated 1 out of 5 by johntl from Inoperative touchscreen and pen. Support can't fix. OmniBook Ultra Flip is no Spectre x360. Touchscreen & pen do not function. Tech support while pleasant enough, has not solved the issue. Ordered Jan 2, delivered Jan 14. HP shows laptop is out of warranty as of Feb 20. Every call results in another 24 hour wait. Supposedly after numerous calls, erasing and resetting the PC, HP will send a box so I can send it in for repairs. The estimate is 8-10 days once received. Who knows when I'll actually receive what is needed to send the product back. HP declined me returning the product as it is 30 days since purchase. (I've had a Spectre x360 conv since 2017 with no problems, this is no Spectre)

Rated 5 out of 5 by ScratchNsniff from Delightful 2-in-1 premium laptop Great laptop! The keyboard is comfortable and pleasant to type on. The screen is very nice. You do have some glare since it is glossy. The haptic trackpad is nice. Tablet mode with the pen works well. The hinges are stiff, and the screen does not wobble. The fan is quiet under normal usage and not too loud when you open a lot of stuff, such as multiple tabs in a web browser or large applications. Speakers are pretty good, even though they are downward-firing. The presence detection is extraordinary. The Bluetooth has been temperamental when coming back from sleep, but toggling it on and off fixes it. Overall, I am delighted with this laptop.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous from Excellent computer, broken registration process Excellent computer but broken HP registration and support website. Entering serial number adds a completely different (wrong) computer to the dashboard. "My Devices" on myhp.com hasn't worked for over a week. Warranty shows as expired for a brand new computer. Embarrassing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Kasiey from HP Omnibook I just upgraded from HP spectre x360 to Omnibook Ultra 14". Laptop is good but it's a shame it does not come with Laptop sleeve and USB C to USB A or HDMI adapter considering its price. Lot of accessories I use still have USB A and HDMI connections.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Happy Customer For a process that I do once every 6-7 years it was incredibly easy to set up the computer. The process was very intuitive. The speed of the computer as well as the support HP offers has made the setup of this computer a great deal easier than I expected.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Eric K****c from I would return this if I still could I spent MONTHs reading researching before making this purchase; unfortunately, that didn't save me from regretting the decision. Here are the problems I'm experiencing with this laptop after one month of receiving it: * the single biggest issue is that the cursor keeps independently and randomly jumping "up" in whatever document, browser window I happen to be in, forcing me to stop what I'm doing to scroll back to the point where I'm working or reading. This sometimes happens multiple times in a matter of minutes, sometimes less frequently. It's extremely frustrating. * perhaps related, windows scroll haltingly at first, only moving smoothly after the first one or two attempts. Yes, I am using the built-in touchpad. * the browser sometimes loads very slowly or incompletely. You know the janky web page you see when the page only half-loads? You end up with a lot of text and none or only some of the graphics. My internet connection is stable. There is something going on with the computer itself. * the computer sometimes takes a good 10-15 seconds to recognize an external drive when I plug it in to one of the USB-C ports. * the Windows Phone Link program is only partially functional. For example, I don't receive notifications on the laptop when a text or other message comes on my phone. Yes, the settings are set up appropriately. * I cannot remap the Copilot key back to serve as a right Control key. I tried using Windows Power Toys to remap the key, but only managed to disable the Copilot function. Now the key simply doesn't do anything (which is an improvement to having Copilot jump up every time I mistakenly pressed to Ctrl/Arrow quickly through a Word document. I followed the instructions to remap the key, but see online that not every computer (not just HPs) responds completely to the remapping. In short - lots of apparent hardware/software compatibility issues that should not exist with a brand new device. Sadly, I regret this purchase. I would return it, but unfortunately am stationed overseas and had to use a forwarding service for the delivery because HP doesn't deliver direct to APO addresses. Consequently, I lost half of my 30 day window for returns just waiting to actually receive the product and am now outside the window. I will ask HP Customer Service for an exception to their return policy. Fingers crossed...

Rated 5 out of 5 by DDDDSSS404 from Very well made with lots of great features. Far exceeded my expectation. Extremely happy with my purchase. Pros: -Build Quality -Processor (256v) and the speed of the RAM -OLED Screen, high resolution -Keyboard - so easy to type on, doesn't feel cheap -Haptic Touchpad (absolutely love this) -Orange LEDs for the mic mute and speaker mute keys, charging indicators look great against the blue color -Weight Cons: -The "BACKSPACE" button backlighting is only half-baked, maybe 2/3 of how bright it should be. -No USB A port, but I can work with that Overall, great job to HP! Hope no issues, just like my 2016 Spectre 13t, which is in its 9th year and still going.

What is the estimated battery life of the “best value” and “performance” configurations?

Asked by: Oas243
There are no estimates available for each configuration. However the HP OmniBook Ultra Flip Next Gen AI PC 14-fh00 series typically has a battery life of up to 16 hours and 15 minutes. MobileMark 25 Battery life will vary depending on various factors including product model, configuration, loaded applications, features, use, wireless functionality, and power management settings. The maximum capacity of the battery will naturally decrease with time and usage. See https://bapco.com/products/mobilemark-25/ for additional details. Based on HP’s internal analysis of next-gen PC’s with a 40-60 TOPS NPU as of the date of this answer. Battery life tested by HP using continuous FHD video playback, 1080p (1920x1080) resolution, 200 nits brightness, system audio level as image default, player audio level at 100%, played full-screen from local storage, headphone attached or through speaker (if no audio jack port), wireless on but not connected. Actual battery life will vary depending on configuration and maximum capacity will naturally decrease with time and usage.
