Rated 1 out of 5 by BrandonD from Didn't even print 1 page before breaking I bought this printer to replace a previous HP product. It had a good reviews and was supposed to have an easy setup. Well, I wasn't even able to complete setup before the printer gave me an error message. I called HP and was on the phone for 30 minutes before they concluded there was a hardware error and I needed to send the printer back. She gave the number for returns (which turned out to be the Canadian return number) and I called it. They told me I had the wrong number and switched me to the American return/sales number. That gentlemen kept putting me on hold because I had been given the Canadian number and told me that HP support should have returned the printer. After another 30 minutes of holding and speaking with the gentleman he told me he would do the return, but because I had the extended warranty and it had been used I would have to buy another one (which would be reimbursed) out of my own pocket. Given that I had never printed a single page and wasted an hour and half I said don't bother. I requested a full refund and will be purchasing another brand. HP used to be so reliable and the customer service was top notch. I was very disappointed by this interaction.
