After about 10,000 pages of glossy magazine paper, scanner feeding became irregular with text appearing smeared in the pdf file. Replacement of the roller cover, separation rollers and pick up roller module was necessary. Once the parts were replaced, splendid operation resumed.

I have an HP 4500 printer. It stopped taking in clean paper to print. Does this Maintenance Kit can resolve my issue?

No, this is a HP ScanJet Pro 3500 f1/4500 fn1 ADF Kit for a ScanJet 3500 or 4500. This is not for a printer. This is also designed to clean the auto document feeder for scanning/copying, not the paper for printing.
