Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Photographers who need 3 drives, you will love it. This is my third, custom made HP workstation. The other two lasted 8-10 years. Finally this new one is not so heavy that I do not have to ask my neighbor to move it, were it to go to another room. The workings of the computer are perfect. I have downloaded Photoshop and replaced the many apps that are Photoshop plugins. I am delighted with my new workstation, which for a photographer as I am was custom made by HP. Two of the three drives are SSD. I was lucky to need a new workstation during the holiday sale.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Parkera from Not very robust I liked the computer for the first 24 hours, then I moved it about 1" on the desk and the display blanked out. Fiddle with the DisplayPort plug and it worked again. Moved it again and it died again. Soon, it would not come back at all. Called HP for a replacement - no longer available. Found an alternate - during the ordering process with HP rep it too was no longer available. Eventually selected the mini version. Not as much I/O (which I now regret), but it would fit my needs. 2+ hours on the phone total. When it came time to send the defective one back, I contacted Customer Service for a return label. 1 chat, 3 phone calls, 6 people (from just the last call), 2 countries and an additional 3-1/2 hours I finally got a return label. Once I got to a person that was really willing to help, it took him over 1-1/2 hours to get me to the right person - and he had access to all previous call notes and the full HP company directory. He said "Now I understand first-hand why people get frustrated!" Once I was connected to the right person, I had the return label in my mailbox in 4 minutes. In related but separate orders, I also ordered a 24" display and a Pavillion laptop. They work OK, but ... Overall I will simply say that I have used and loved HP test equipment, printers, monitors and computers for the last 30 years. I will never buy HP again after this experience.

Doe it have Wifi Capabilities or only Ethernet +

The initial configuration would just be standard ethernet. You can use the customize option https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/ConfigureView?langId=-1&storeId=10151&catalogId=10051&catEntryId=3074457345620313318&urlLangId=&quantity=1 to add Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support along with the ability to get faster speeds from ethernet.

What cord do I use to hook this to my TV

Thank you for your question! As this HP Z2 Small Form Factor G9 is customizable with different graphics cards and different video outputs there will be two options. Depending on which graphics option is chosen you will need either a Mini-DisplayPort to HDMI or a DisplayPort to HDMI. This will also depend on whether your TV uses HDMI inputs.

Hello, regarding the Z2 G9 small factor workstation work the A4000 Nvidia GPU, does it come with the desktop version of that GPU or the laptop version? I'd be surprised if they could fit the full desktop version in there.

The GPU inside the HP Z2 G9 is a proprietary card designed for the HP small-factor Workstations. As the expansion slots state there are half-height and full height slots available: 1 half-height PCle 4 x16; 1 half-height PCle 3 x4; 1 half-height PCle 3 x4 (x16 connector); 1 half-height PCle 3 x1; 1 full-height PCle 4 x16; 1 full-height PCle 4 x16 (x16 connector)1 M.2 2230 slot for WLAN and 3 M.2 2280 slots for storage.
