As you can see in the picture, there is a power adaptor. The phone DOES NOT COME WITH IT. I asked this very question more than once on the sales call and it was confirmed that it came WITH THE POWER ADAPTOR. This is in the product description as well, but a picture is worth a thousand words. SEE HP? YOU STILL SHOW THAT IS COMES WITH THIS SO WHY DID I HAVE TO BUY 4 OF THEM AND YOU REFUSED TO HELP ME, THEREBY INTERFERRING WITH MY BUSINESS PROCESSES OVER IT? I went through many levels of support to resolve this issue for the 4 phones that I purchased for a very important day with my whole company paused, IT on site, to switch over to VOIP. It was a disaster because there was no power source. HP blamed their supplier, the supplier blamed the warehouse, I eventually was so hamstrung I had to purchase the power supplies from another vendor and HP has never admitted to or fixed this issue. I returned two of the phones within the return policy time and have yet to hear from them on the refund nor the return.

Will this phone (Poly Edge B30 IP Phone and PoE-enabled) work on wifi, without ethernet connection?

We are not going to use a headset and are looking for a shoulder rest. Do you have any recommendations that pair well with this phone? We are having trouble finding a flat enough shoulder rest that fits.
