Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from Not an easy set up as they claim This took over 2 hours to set up, the instructions ( not the 20 as they claim)were like IKEA no word just pictures. I ended up having to call my IT dept to come in and help me. The password to log in is nowhere to be found ( upon googling it the wrong password was listed. I had to call the Help desk twice. It was very frustrating. The most frustrating part is you cannot use Team and Zoom you have to pick one because they haven't updated it so you can have both showing on the console and if you do switch it takes 10 minutes not the 3 minutes the help desk told us.

Does this come with the TC-8?

Would it be possible to use an external microphone AND this product? I want to use this for hybrid meetings, but I want the speaker to use a separate microphone so the in-person audience can hear them well.
