What is the minimum height of the monitor when set to the lowest position on the stand?

I have this monitor but im currently having issues, in all my windows and nvidia settings the monitor is set to 1440p 240 but whenever i go to the onboard monitor settings it says its set to 165hz at 1440p and i cannot change it.

I just purchased the OMEN 27qs QHD monitor. I have 2 questions. Can the internal speakers be turned off? Can the light in the back of the monitor be turned off?

To mute the speakers on Windows 11, you can click the Sound icon in the Taskbar, which looks like a speaker.
You can also access the sound settings by searching for "Sound settings" in the Windows search bar. In the sound settings, you can choose the output device, such as internal speakers, external speakers, or a headset.
