poor website
i bought a warranty extension that seemed easy to perform. unfortunately my upgrade assistant sent me an extension to purchase and i did so. when i went to register it i could not because it was the wrong contract. it was a nightmare to cancel it for among other reasons, i could not contact a person. eventually a sales person sold me another warranty extension and it also was incorrect. it was a nightmare and hp's website was terrible.

Deeply Disappointed in Customer Care.
I am so disappointed. I just spent 1 hour and 2 minutes getting bounced from department to department to answer a silly question. I have a case # 5059102419. Two of the 6 technicians were helpful and supportive. The others just passed me along - ending up at the Care Pack Registration gulag email which is full.

Extended Service Contract
There should be multi-year extended service contracts after the original warranty expires.
