Plug and play
Took out my old cartridge and pugged in the new one. The printer said Ummm Good and it has been happy ever since. My wallet on the other hand said What Happened!
I am pleased that recycle shipping is provided.

The best of the best
My husband had this printer before we were married and it's such a good printer that we continue to purchase the print toners even though they're more expensive than the print cartridges of other printers. The printer does not accurately reflect the usage
I was forced to change the Magenta cartridge when reds were losing their color in documents. My printer showed there were 250 copies left in the Magenta cartridge. I wasted ink on a job which I wanted printed in color and asked for numerous copies when submitting to the printer. I left the room and when I returned approximately 15 of these docs had printed with poor color quality before I could stop the print job.

HP Color Laser Jet 128A Magenta
Again, not as long lasting as I had hoped for. I just replaced every one of my laser cartridges. I'm doing a printing of approximately 200-250 pages color and the magenta's saying that it's low, as is the cyan. Very disappointed
