Great Color

Shipping is slow
The toner is fine, but it took two days longer than it was shown and we were in the middle of a crunch for Veteran's Day. I had to take my work to a local print shop. Since their printers are set differently than mine I had to change my settings and that fouled up later prints on my own printer after I finally go the toner. Frustrating.

Low on Toner?
I have been “told” by messages from my printer for Months that I am “low on toner”. I bought a new (very expensive) cartridge based upon that information, but I have not installed it yet. I am still getting the messages, but the quality of my prints has not yet diminished. I expected that they would start to fade as the old cartridge ran out of toner, but that has not happened. Why do those messages come out so far ahead of when you need a new cartridge?

Overpriced Quality
Purchasing replacement ink cartridges is the old sell the razor for cheap and rob customers on the replacement blades trick. I don’t doubt the quality but I find the pricing predatory. Make a good profit,sure. But $100 for one of four ink cartridges. Are you kidding me? (no just overcharging)

I've been purchasing my HP Toner cartridges from HP and they are expensive. HP should give an allowance to the people who return the used cartridge, which I do.

I think the cartridges work well. However, for a fixed income senior, the cost is somewhat prohibitive. Two cartridges cost me around $166. I have enjoyed printing out current pictures of my grandchildren, but have slowed down considerably.

Crazy Expensive but the real deal
There was a $25 off coupon so I used that. It almost brought the price down to what it used to be. I haven't used it yet so I hope it works when I finally do. I know someone that bought the fake toner cartridges and it just made a mess. I'll stick with the HP ones thank you very much. Now excuse me while I work on my 2nd job so I can afford it.

Excellent service
I love the convenience of being able to order directly from home and have quick delivery to my home in a relatively few days. However, I was disappointed that just shortly after I bought two LazerJet Print cartridges, at a cost of $191.77, I received a notice with coupons to save me a great deal of money. Since a cartridge lasts me for a very long time, this valuable coupon was/is of no value to me.
