Toner Cartridges should be affordable
This product is overpriced, but essential to having a good printer. We use our printer very little, but want it to work well when needed. I only just discovered that I am not saving color cartridges by always printing in Black and White. We rarely print in color, yet those cartridges always run out nearly as quickly as the Black Cartridges. Apparently, you have to change the settings on the printer to make sure that Black and White prints do not use the color cartridges. As expensive as all these cartridges are, it seems insane that we have to spend over $400 nearly every year on cartridges when we use our printer so rarely.

HP changed my order color
I made the order for Cyan which was the only cartridge we were missing and got instead magenta. The order now says Magenta but we ordered Cyan and this affected a time sensitive project. This being said, on this model, regardless, multiple printing malfunctions,, expensive ink and does not last long.

Cartridges that come with the printer have less coloring than one that you buy later, supposed. When I order the cartridges from all over the eastern part of the country. I have gotten only 500 prints out of some of the colored cartridges. Think I'm getting some of the original cartridges that come with the printer.

The box took a beating, but the cartridge lived!
The cartridge arrived in a box which looked as if it had been run over. The carton was crushed, and toner had leaked from the cartridge. I decided to try the cartridge anyway, and to my surprise and pleasure it works great. I do not see a lot of leakage since then, so I think it'll be all right.
