Impeccable service through HP!
My experience with the purchase of an HP printer cartridge was excellent. The HP representative was straight forward very thorough. It was a short conversation, but very beneficial to me. Everything from purchase to delivery was absolutely perfect without a single hitch. I will be a customer of HP products and services for a long time.

Obviously a good product but overpriced. HP now has capitalized on their cartridgeds so we are forced to buy on the overpriced HP and no off brand.

The price of printing!
The product is very good but the price is very high, especially when compared to the price of the printer. This seems to be a common issue with printers, but the cause is not clear.

Poor Service
I ordered a toner for my HP Laser Jet printer on 11/7/2023 and was charged for it. It is 11/27 I have yet to get the refill and HP reps have been giving me the run around when trying to determine what happened. They referred me to DHL with a tracking number DHL did not recognize. As a result I have a printer I cant use. Very disappointed about HP responsiveness to customer needs! Sad

HP ink for my new printer.
I love the ink but was still waiting for the refund on the ink I bought for the old printer and sent it back as requested. HP was to give me a credit on the returned ink. I sent it off a few days ago, so you haven't received it yet. I have an email that you were going to credit the return on the new order that I placed for my new printer.

Been using HP LaserJet since LaserJet III … and … ScanJet since inception. Only bump in the road occurred when HP chose to NOT provide a ScanJet driver for a recent Apple OS “upgrade”

Love the capacity, 2,400 page capacity. Very easy to install. And if need be, the hp customer reps are very patient in providing instructions or remote control assistance, for those of us who find these devices most challenging. It is good that I came over to hp (from another printer company).

Horrible printer 234 laser
I just want to state the the laser printed is horrible & even after updating firmware it still loses WiFi connection constantly & has to be restarted or shut down when not in use. I wish I can return for full refund. I strongly suggest not buying the printer

Customer service failure.
I went on your website and ordered this product for my printer. When I tried to install the cartridge I realized it was not the correct cartridge for my printer. When I called customer service they said HP doesn’t make one for my printer anymore. I then went to Office Max and got the correct printer cartridge. Educate your customer service personnel.
