2 Year Protection Plan not updated in HP Warranty
It seems that the additional 2 year Protection Plan I've purchased is not updated in HP systems, as I checked it now online it still shows I only have 1 year Factory Warranty:

Have yet to need it
If the quality of customer service matches what I experienced with my first HP laptop purchase, then I will be overjoyed. So fast, no question. Just make it perform. That is what it's like. Just received my laptop today. Much faster than my 4 year old laptop. Has some glitches. This is so much more smoother of course. Technology goes fast. Thank You HP.

Simple and reassuring!
It's really user intuitive. You don't have to register your device with it at all, it automatically does it when you purchase the protection plan with your device! It's nice, and reassuring to know that I won't be out of luck because I forgot to register my warranty. Would recommend.

Still waiting...
I'd love to be able to review the HP computer that I ordered in JUNE, but as of today, August 2, I still don't have it. So if/when I ever receive it, I'll be happy to send a review..(please note that the 1 star is not for the computer itself as it's still in China, but for the ridiculous amount of time that I've been waiting for it)

Love the Rebate refund offered in warranty
Hoping I'll never have to use this warranty as my other HP Laptop of 8 years is still up and running as to date. And love that if I never have to use this protection warranty that my warranty care pack offers me, I'll get back my cost of warranty price refunded to me after my 2 year plan expires.
