Fantastic Product
The computer itself is absolutely fantastic. The feel is great, it works spectacularly. The biggest issue was the delivery. You are not allowed to change the delivery address once you put in your address, so if you are not home, they will keep attempting to deliver it to your house during business hours. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with UPS and HP to try to get it re-routed to the local UPS store. The HP customer service was quite good and they were very nice and receptive. I would buy again.

HP Care Pack Was Not User Friendly
There was absolutely no instructions on how to activate the product. I had my email with the order number. I searched how to do this online and my product number from the email was not good enough. I called tech support and I have been on hold for several minutes already. I just order a Mac for my sister and setting it up was so much easier. There should be some kind of instructions with a link. My next question would be how to use it if I needed to use it for accidental damage. Not user friendly.

Great Computer
I bought this almost 2 months ago and it has been the perfect computer! I am a college student and this computer can multitask while still keeping up to speed and is lightweight and the perfect size! It is small enough to fit into my purse so I don't have to haul around my backpack at the same time!

Exactly what I needed
I've had multiple HP laptops over the years and they always have exceptional performance and features. I'm a teacher now working from home and am on the computer about 10-12 hours a day, and I needed a new laptop that would hold up for Zoom, lesson planning, and some gaming and streaming on the side. The battery life isn't quite up to par, but I'm also using the computer ALOT so perhaps that's to be expected. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Seems like an okay product thus far. Works fine.
Pros: Processing speed is refreshingly fast.
Cons: Casing and keys feels a bit cheap; battery life isn't great (~5 hours). Windows Home version has significant bloatware.
Glad I bought the warranty.

Haven't had to use it yet
Since I've only had my laptop a couple of weeks thankfully I have not had to use the protection plan. However, I had to wait a month to receive my laptop after I payed for the plan - I am expecting that the month I did not have the laptop does not count as part of my protection coverage. I am not happy with having to wait that long to begin with.

Don't have computer
I bought a 2 year protection plan to go with a new computer. The computer is going to take several weeks to be built. HP "delivered" the protection plan as soon as i placed my order. I don't want it until the computer is delivered. I'm envisioning having a problem with the computer before I've had it for 2 years but HP claiming that y ge protection plan has Already expired.

It was shipped well ahead of predicted arrival. My son set it up, was fairly easy. I tried to figure out cortina with verbal commands, only to have an alert say i could not set it up on this computer. Love the touch screen, colors are vibrant.
