HP 2 year Protection Plan

Rated 2 out of 5 by jefloye12 from Speed seems slow I ordered this HP in early October, and had to wait for Windows 11 to be released before it shipped, then it took weeks after that. The first one I was sent had no Operating System loaded on it. The replacement I was sent had everything it should have, but it takes a long time to load up after I hit the start button. I mean the screen stays blank. I try not to shut my computer down because of this. But if it does shut down, when I restart it, I can go do other things because it will be AT LEAST 5 minutes before it is ready for me to log in and use it. That is disappointing because the Acer all in one I had that was 9 years old was 10 times faster starting up. I expected this new one to be lightning fast and it's slower than slow. It's disappointing, but I can't really send it back and wait for yet another one to be sent, so I just cope. I have not found Windows 11 to be anything great, and my HP seems to be slower than my Acer. I doubt I will buy an HP again.
