Very poor shipping standards
I received the toner cartridge with the box it was in (shipped only as shown above) was crushed on one end. Even the plastic container in the was bent and disfigured. For something I paid so much money for, I expected it to be shipped in a manner commensurate with its value.

High Yield Black LaserJet Toner...!
I trust the HP online store to provide genuine HP toner cartridges for my HP printer. The cartridges last a long time, but I chose to get the High Yield black cartridge because I print a lot of documents that use only black toner and I don't like to run out of toner. What can I say? HP makes great printers and the toner cartridges are great. I especially like the way the cartridges work: they are easy to install, and they communicate with my laptop so I can see approximately how much toner is remaining and have time to order a new cartridge if needed. I've never had a problem with HP toner cartridges. My first HP printer lasted about 15 years and was still working but I could no longer connect it to my new Comcast Internet. The printer's circuitry was just too old and it was not compatible with newer equipment, etc. I am amazed that the old printer lasted so long and that is why I bought a new color LaserJet printer. I love it. It's wireless and just needs a password to connect to my home Internet! And, the toner? It's great!

This one worked, unlike the previous broken one.
I purchased a double pack, and when I installed the 2nd cartridge, it rattled. When it printed, the pages were solid black. There is no way to reach HP to return a broken product which costs almost $100.

No more gear grind
We bought a full set of cheap China toner carts from Amazon for a little less than 1/2 price. The amount of grinding noise was intolerable. The print quality was horrible with streaks and lines on every page. Nothing like the real deal. HP. Are they cheap? No. Do they work? Flawlessly! You get what you pay for in these high quality, high yield cartridges. Highly recommend!
