LaserJet forever!
I had ink jet printers for years and switched to a LaserJet a couple of years ago...will NEVER go back to ink jet. The toner doesn't dry up like ink does so I spend less overall. The toners feel really expensive but last so much longer!

Not supporting my HP printer
Delivery of magenta took 5+ days and you had no black ink for my HP printer. I had to go to Amazon to get the black ink.

Why I buy HP laser jet toner cartridges.
I always buy HP laser jet toner cartridges because the copycat cartridges have caused me problems with my printer and they are not as crisp and clear as the copies I print from the HP cartridges.

Good product; estimate for delivery was off.
Good quality as I expect from HP; however, customers need justification for such high prices and not being able to use other compatible cartridges. If it is because of the recycle program and electronics, state this information.

Simply the Best
I have been an HP printer user for almost 30 years at work and at home and there is no rival for their printers and printer cartridges. After 10 years with the same InkJet printer/copier I decided to splash out and get a LaserJet All-in-One; I have not been disappointed, especially when using HP toner cartridges. It just works better with authentic cartridges and there is never any toner seepage as I have experienced with other brands.

Replacement ink ripoff
The price to replace cartridges is outrageous, considering the number of pages each cartridge is capable of. For those of us who cannot deduct home business equipment, it costs $200 plus to replace cartridges each time. That is not appropriate when it means at least twice a year replacement. My laser jet printer was a Christmas gift from family. I'm sure that they hadn't considered maintenance when they selected it.

Over priced and recycling
I have been purchasing these 4 toner cartridges for many years. I am aware these empty units can be taken to Office Depot for recycle..Based on the price point per unit..I do not understand why we customer can not receive some form of a credit on the return empty cartridges. We are returning customer. Based on the replacement costs for 4 units. I can purchase a new copier!
