Ink replacement shouldn’t be difficult
Cartridges are great easy to install. My issue is with the SIM card that you have to replace from the original cartridge and install on the new one. The process is complicated and the new cartridge should come with the card. Now I won’t know when my printer is low on ink and that is disappointing

So easy to install... but can you offer a deal of a bundle??
Again, this is so easy to use. My only ask is if you could create a bundle so you can order all the colors at once and then you get a little discount...:) I ordered these toner cartridges with the help of your customer service. it was so helpful to have them help me!

Cartridges I bought stated I could get 1000 pages printed. After printing only 50 pages, my printer indicated the cartridges were now at 80%.

Too Expensive
Great product but way too expensive, as are most. The total for all four cartridges was almost as much as a new printer of the same model. Probably next time I will get a new printer instead. Seems like a big waste but... Anyway, the cartridges are easy to install and provide beautiful color. I did appreciate the recycling opportunity with the free UPS return label as well.

I usuallybuy high capacity cartridges as they're so much more economical but my printing needs have declined & these cartridges are lasting me 3+ years. Do cartridges have an "expiration date" or go bad over such a long period of time with minimal usage?
HP toner cartridges do not typically expire, unlike ink cartridges. For HP Original toner cartridges we see no degradation over many years of shelf storage, especially if it is in good conditions. If it has been hot and humid, for a very long time there might be some degradation.
