I purchased an HP laser printer because I was tired of buying inkjet cartridges and having the ink dry. I've had HP, Epson, & Cannon. The ink was always drying or running out. The laser printer is the best purchase I've ever made for a printer. The quality and clarity is second to none. The speed of printing is excellent. And the laser ink cartridge lasts a really long time and never dries up. The cartridge was super easy to replace. And ordering from HP was as easy as all the Amazon purchases I make. So happy with the printer and the replacement of the cartridges.

Defective cartridge
The toner came in good timing. With the other toners. But it was defective and printed yellow over everything. I emailed trying to get a replacement, but I’ve never heard back.

Great product but way too expensive, as are most. The total for all four cartridges was almost as much as a new printer of the same model. Probably next time I will get a new printer instead. Seems like a big waste but... Anyway, the cartridges are easy to install and provide beautiful color. I did appreciate the recycling opportunity with the free UPS return label as well.

Cost is inexplicable and unacceptable!
The cost of 5 toner carts for the HP MFP M283fdw is more than some printers cost. Complete ripoff. In addition, I paid $30 for next day shipping - they came late; customer service unwilling to refund the cost. $350 for new printer cartridges - this device will be gone when these carts run out.

Does this cartridge come with the chip?
It is unclear what is meant by "come with the chip". Please clarify and resubmit the question. All cartridges purchased from HP.com are genuine HP cartridges.
