Worst Experience Ever!
You people must be idiots! I never received any of the toners i ordered from you because you could fix the delivery address when I notified HP within 30 mins after the order was placed and realized your rep put the wrong address in the order. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HP AGAIN! Please remove me from ALL your mailing lists!

The toner cartridge was defective. After two separate calls to your service department totaling 1 hour and 45 minutes, HP finally decided to send me a new cartridge. Not a good experience at all!

When one buys a printer from you, one should be able to get the toners that go with it. I was able to get yellow, but the other colors weren't available - so I can't print anything!!! I don't just print in yellow! VERY frustrated.

My yellow206x just arrived. The box was wet and damaged it was open there is a chemical smell coming from the toner cart. For110.00 I am concerned that the water has damaged it. the cartridge is not quite empty so I believe it must be replaced.
