The only reason for the 4 stars is that the box was slightly damaged in shipping and I think it needs to be shipped inside some form of protection to prevent the box from being damaged. Also when you place the shipping lablel directly on the outside of the box it is difficult to remove so you can send the empty cartridge to be recycled.
