Product works great. I have questions about e-Fax, called HP Support, spoke with Support and was transferred to another area for further resolution. the line disconnected saying they were unable to provide support today. Thought this an odd response.

For years ive used larger format paper, legal size, when draw up prints for something i need to make coping meant 2 seperate copies then cut, and taped together. Things never looked quite right. Now i can draw my prints and copy them without all the added steps..

I've had several HP printers, and I've been very happy with all of them and the service from HP. My latest printer had the print heads go bad on it after several years of continuous use. I contacted HP. The representative was extremely thorough in diagnosing the issue. Once determined I needed a new printer, he was extremely helpful in providing information for me to make an informed decision. I had just received 4 new ink cartridges for the now nonfunctioning printer. An extra month was added to the free six months of ink service to compensate me. I have been very happy with the new printer and the service provided.

A New Purchase
I just bought it two weeks and thank goodness I don't already need it. I don't know anything about it, how it works, etc.. If I ever have a problem what do I do? It's a big printer, how does the return/swap work? Does UPS pick it up at my house or do I have to take it somewhere to return ship? It's heavy, how about packaging?

great so far...
So far I can say that I am happy. I do notice that the information on the true capabilities of the machine are not in the initial information as is the same for many other popular HP machines and as you have initiated HP SMART I feel there is something missing as to the information readily available to manipulate the machine's best features. This was not the case in the past

I hope that I NEVER need it. So far the new OFFICEJET 9015e is great to work with. It grunts a little getting ready for a job but I am happy with the speed and quality of the printing. With the invaluable INSTANT INK I am curious how long the cartridges last - I print A LOT!!

For peace of mind, I upgraded to a premier HP Care Pack extended 3-year warranty at the time I purchased the printer. Bafflingly, the warranty was never associated with the product. I emailed customer "service" and receive a ridiculous email back with an overwhelming list of hoops I would have to jump through... to get the product I had already purchased. Not in the mood for an administrative obstacle course/scavenger hunt, I called customer service instead. Long hold times, 2 transfers, general incompetence and no apologies. I was verbally told that my 3-year warranty is now registered with my product but it's still not listed online. To think I purchased both the printer and the HP Care Pack to INCREASE my productivity... I wish I could be reimbursed for the lost time just to solve this problem.

Ok printer HP 9015e
Had problems with set up had to use online tech. Should just be plug and play. Still have updates pending in HP Support assistant. Not as sturdy as my previous printer. Have had cartridge errors twice not sure how that will work out long term. Had to set up turn off/on timer to bypass 8 hour auto shut down. Seems to print ok hope it lasts. Would like to have had bottom on printer it would keep dust out of the mechanism and make the paper tray easier to pull out.

Multiple Features
I bought this care package two months ago. I received two instant ink packages so far. I replaced th black ink cartridge and it worked. When I tried to replace the three color cartridges, I got the message that they were not HP cartridges and rejected them. I will request that HP send me a new instant ink supply. In the mean time I am using black ink only.

While you do not have to purchase the Care Pack when you purchase the printer, if you want to purchase the Care Pack it is recommended to purchase the Care Pack at the time of printer purchase to maximize the coverage of the Care Pack. This Care Pack service starts the day of the printer purchase regardless of when during the initial manufacturer coverage the Care Pack was purchased.
