Today the PC shows that it is out of warranty even though I spent plenty for the 3 year plan. I'm hoping this is an oversight.

Spent more on better computer than I wanted, but working with my docking station was the main reason I got it. Seemed great I found one. Got it, no docking station port, tried tech support chat multiple times, tried sales chat again, tried tech support call, tried return services call. The individuals seemed nice and willing to help but nobody is actually helping me resolve the issue. Get disconnected from chats and calls and takes forever to get someone to help again. I just want to return this product and get my money back so I can get a different computer.

It seems fine so far, but I'm still setting up my files, etc. So I don't know a lot about it just yet. The 3 year protection plan is a great price since it was reduced.
