Terrible support with non-english speaking personnel; we are so frustrated that being VERY loyal us
HP support that immediately routes me to non-english-speaking personnel is disgraceful; we will probably never buy HP again and we've been VERY loyal customers for over 25 years. Brand NEW Laptop was sent to CA repair center and was delivered but the "system" says it's MIA. Try and convey this information to people who don't speak English. What happened to customer support with a person who understands you and vice-versa. We thought HP would have done better.

What are they doing?
I have gotten 2 notices that my warrant would expire next year, even though I purchased a 3 year care plan. (HP machines are not very robust, so an extended warranty can be useful)

Purchased on the 17 th still not registered, HP Customer Service no help. Why, this cannot be registered same day as purchase i don't know and it started the day that I purchased the computer even tjough it took 2 months to get it. Shame on HP in the modern tech society.

Very poor electronic delivery of 3 yr care pack.
What I bought was a laptop with a 3-year care pack. The invoice and other material indicates that the care pack "Will be confirmed by HP Care Pack team by email". What I got was factory warranty and not 3-year plan (which I noticed when I checked out the embedded links in the "care pack" that took me to my hp dashboard. I requested a fix through the support chat so that I can see the care pack has been applied to this machine. Following up 2 days later (today) and now there is no visibility of either the computer or the care pack in my hp dashboard - just a big error messages. Now I have the opportunity to call customer service to attempt to resolve. Fun!
