HP sent me new replacement that was equivalent (actually better) than one that failed. I like the fact that you can get a full refund if you don't make any claims during the extended warranty period. The price is reasonable, and HP offers discounts from time to time. A couple of improvement areas are noted and what drove my 4-Star rating. The HP Care Pack site is not the easiest to find from the HP Home Page. Also, it takes a long time for the warranty to show up on my HP dashboard. I don't understand why that is.

I cant say enough about her keeping her composer. I am grateful for her services and you have a great lady tech.
