Pros: - Quiet - Sleek with just enough lighting to look cool - Fast - RTX 3070!!! Simply can't find these. - Easy internal access for upgrading. It's literally a push-button. - Very little bloat-ware Cons: - Shipping delays, but it's understandable given the current industry-wide shortages. - Minor USB issues. Certain peripherals aren't recognized by every USB port.

Challenge remains in overseas support that too seem to not always understand the issue or concern. Takes time to move up to the correct level of support to truly get a resolution. Still worth the investment as they will get it right, just again plan an afternoon to resolve it.

I did however had to go out and purchase a new HP monitor because my old monitor wasn't compatible. I am concerned that the PC only shows I have year of warranty when I purchased the three year extension warranty. If I could get this issue addressed it would be appreciated.

I work in IT, and while I can fix my own hardware, with all-in-one integrated systems it can be a hassle to get replacement parts AND not void warranties. The holiday discount on the protection plan offset the potential costs.

I had trouble getting any sound out of it and found NO HELP out of HP's "Support" desk. I finally figured the problem out myself after finding that I could NOT RETURN the system to HP. I purchased a new HP because my current old computer has been very trustworthy. My experience in purchasing a new computer has been terrible. I purchased with the advice of Aidan, a customer service representative. He neglected to advise me that I would need a cable to connect the computer and display. I again purchased a connection cable with the help of a customer service representative. I was unable to start up the computer because a video/audio signal did not reach the display, as advised by an display alert. I consulted an HP support person by texting and was advised that I had the wrong cable and needed a different type. I again talked to the same customer service representative who sold me the cable and she again told me that it was the correct cable. I am at a loss for what to do next and am completing this "review" with full knowledge that it will not be published, but with the hope that someone at HP can help me. Right now I have a very attractive $1600 and useless computer. Thank you for your consideration.

No go! 4 hours of begging and pleading. I had explained when I bought these two items that I had been paying for HP smart friend. Not affordable at $14.95 a month. Well, this did not take the place after all. It was only in addition to. The way I feel, HP will not make another sale to me.
