Care Pack purchased, but not added to my computer
I have been charged for the Care Pack, but it isn't associated with my computer, nor have I received the enrollment for the theft protection that was supposed to arrive 7 days after purchase. Automatic search for Care Pack doesn't find it. Have I wasted $128?

Disappointing
After 3 weeks, have yet to receive the registration confirmation and still haven't heard back from support. HP's customer care never fails me at disappointment. Great laptop, horrible service.

windows 11 worthless junk
In the middle of trying to set it up It disconnected from Wifi and I have not been able to reconnect it. It is probably a result of one of the dozens of unwanted programs that come with Windows 11. I was trying to remove Bing from the taskbar. I hope that in the future major manufacturers like HP will pressure Microsoft to make all the windows programs optional

Great Value for 3 Years of Coverage
Although I purchased the 3-year HP Care Pack w/Accidental Damage and Theft Protection for my HP Envy PC at the same time of my order of my pc, my HP Support Assistant program on my new Envy PC still only shows 1 year of warranty protection, not 3. If someone with HP reading this could update HP's records so that the Support Assistant shows 3 years of warranty coverage this would be appreciated. My computer hasn't had any performance issues or damages to it, so this has not been an issue. So far so good. To get this kind of warranty added on for only about $100 more looks like a real deal whether I have to use the warranty for extra services or not.

So far I love and enjoy using my laptop. I wished that I had a handbook or guide to help me learn more about my HP. At some point I can probably go online and print or download one.

HP is clueless. Poor information & poor processes.
Timer/countdown appears to have started without receiving the laptop! Documentation on protection was minimal at best during process of purchasing product (can't even search their site). Toshiba does a fantastic job at providing this detail on their warranties.
It's also poor judgement on HP's part to send this request for feedback - before the customer has the product being protected... nor have they had a chance to even use the warranty features.
Just lack of smart decisions in the web/marketing field makes me question my decision to go HP instead of Toshiba.

Average Coverage
For about the same price, other laptops I have purchased came with service/support in addition to the theft/damage coverage for this same time period. I would place this protection as merely average, nothing special.

Recent HP printers don't work
Bluetooth yo this printer is non existent. WiFi connectivity is hit and miss. Unless you are planning to plug it into your computer directly dont buy an HP printer.

Protect Computer Investment
I read all the conditions regarding a possible future claim and hope there will be no reason to use the 3 yr care package. I always get a care package for new laptops or computers because one never knows and I think it is a good investment like insurance that you hope you do not have to use. The care pack seems to be straighforward and I would recommend it. If I have to use it I will try to edit or add to this review.

It is not worth all the hassle for a crap laptop
It is terrible. I need to return it!! It doesn’t work and very very slow processing. For i7 it is slower than my i5.

Not Good for Gifting!
Would not recommend purchasing this if it's a gift. Purchased an HP laptop and this care pack as a Christmas gift and when I asked how to change my info to recipients' info, was told it couldn't be done. Being that HP is a computer company they should be able to easily change such simplistic data and I find this ludicrous!

Great buy!!
I only had my laptop 2 weeks before the screen cracked and I needed to be repaired. They sent out a loaner laptop in order for me to be able to keep working until my laptop was finished. All in all I was only without my laptop for a week. Exactly customer service with prompt shipping.

Great features poor microphone
I bought this a month ago and just discovered poor microphone reception, especially on the right side, while using zoom. Both microphones work well if positioned directly in front of computer but delayed garbled sound when head is slightly turned away. doesn't qualify for damage or theft protection.
