Don't Purchase HP printers
This product is fine - however, the printer (HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M497dfw) is crap. The quality of HP printers has deteriorated over time and this will be the last one I purchase. Hate to see a great company produce lousy products.

The cartridge just like the other 3 color cartridges seem to be not full of toner. Am only getting maybe 25 percent of the advertised number of copies. May have to change my way of using the cartridges and possibly refill myself.

But I wish you would change your easy ink policies. I keep getting refills for my HP Deskjet 2700, so I have a backlog of ink!!!! HP printer failed; replacement took 3 weeks
25 years ago I bought an HP black and white printer. I think it was a 2200dn. Still works, but now a color printer is necessary. I had a 252, which sucked money out of me for ink and broke down in 2 years. In spite hours of efforts, HP would not stand by their garbage printer, as it was out of warranty. Other companies offer repair, refurbished replacements or discounts on new printers. HP did not care. After buying a Brother, which was worse, I bought a new color printer directly from HP. It took almost 3 weeks to receive. THREE WEEKS. I could have picked it up at Best Buy in one day. The ink is an ancillary evil to a new printer. Far too expensive.
