The black doesn't print. I called customer service and was transferred several times with no resolution. The refuse to replace the product. Terrible customer service. I will never use HP again.

I'm very happy with the bundle, however, my printer requires one more cartridge. I also need the 564 photo black cartridge. For some reason they seem to be in short supply. Could it be that leaving out one of the five cartridges that I need, you will force me to buy a new printer that I don't want or need?

I’ve been buying these cartridges for over 5 years. Previously, I could buy XL not only in the black ink but I could buy XL in all 4 of the colors. That is the only concern I have, wish I had the option now. The ink is great and I will continue to purchase them.

I like the ink - works well, prints photos very well. That's why I switched from generics - photos didn't always come out with good color. I really wish, however, that it lasted longer, and wasn't so expensive. The cost is so high that I may go back to generics and send photos out to be printed. The last order of ink was outrageously priced, and none of the emails you send me for "discounts" or "offers" are good for ink.

First I talked to someone in the ink department and they said that they didn’t make it anymore. He switch me to the service desk and the guy was good he help me, but first he sent me the wrong one and I called back he sent the right one also he refunded my mony.

It is unclear what is being asked. Please clarify and resubmit the question. However, the 564 and 64 cartridges are not compatible. The 564 is not the XL version of the 64 cartridges if that was what was being asked.
