Got Only 210 copies from XL Ink Cartridge
The XL size was advertised as producing 600 copies. I got 210 copies before it showed as "Low Ink" and stopped producing copies. Unless there was something wrong with my cartridge, it isn't worth the cost.

Poor delivery and Customer Service
Product is fine, but delivery and customer service is lacking. Never received product in over a week, requested refund as I needed to purchased elsewhere. Customer service entered a new order without contacting me, received at two week point when I no longer needed it.

HP 62XL High Yield Black Original Ink Cartridge
These cartridges are better than previous cartridges. The last HP cartridges wouldn't print, and I tried to notify HP and get help but no one responded. I purchased cartridges again and these cartridges at least print.

The 62XL basically shuts down my printer. It needs a 63. The 62XL slides right in, but............
I thought this was the right cartridge as I wa guided to it by your site. But .............. It fits but then goes into the error mode.
