INCORRECT CARTRIDGE- BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I received both my black and tri colored cartridges, the black was good but the tricolor was the incorrect cartridge. So called, spoke with one of your customer rep who told me that Ami the rep needed to talk to me to make sure I was installing it correctly but it could not be installed cause it was the wrong one, in the right box but wrong cartridge. I explained that and asked to send me the correct one and I would send the wrong one back in which your rep agreed to do. But nothing has been received and it’s been a few weeks. So what do I think of your service. I don’t it stinks.

Iffy as to what's inside
It depends on the on the cartridge. I got one from Wal Mart & it only printed 66 pages of plain type. You won't stand behind your product that you packaged & told me to got to Wal Mart. They say it isn't their problem because your company is the one that packaged it. Very disappointed. I've not had time to use the one you just sent me

It will work with the ENVY 4500 series line which does include the ENVY 4516 as well as the 4520. Some models may not show up on the box or list depending on region, but this is the correct cartridge for that unit.
