New Marketing Strategy
I was not informed that HP had changed the 64 ink cartridge, so even though the number is the same the cartridge does not fit my five year old printer. HP would not give me a refund because you only accept unopened ink. How was I to know of this change? And what am I supposed to do now? Buy a new printer. I will not be recommending HP to my friends because your printer will only be good for a limited time when you decide to make it obsolete and useless by not providing ink

HP is the best
I don't have a clue how the "Tri-color" cartridge works, but the results are fantastic. The colors are vibrant. The cartridge was easy to load, and the ink was delivered in a timely manor. An envelope was provided with the ink delivery to conveniently dispose of cartridges in an environmentally friendly way.

Wrong cartridges received. Order was not fulfilled correctly.
I cannot rate this product because my order for HP 64XL Tri-Color cartridge was not properly filled. Instead of receiving the HP 64XL Tri-Color cartridge ordered, I was shipped HP 910 cartridges which are not compatible with any of my HP printers.
