My order took half a month!
My order took 16 days to get to me. It supposedly shipped the day after I placed the order, then got to a facility in California where it sat for 12 days before it moved to me 500 miles away. I got no communication from HP nor response to my emails. I will never again order directly from the HP site. I should’ve received it in 3 days tops! And the customer service was completely lacking. Terrible.

NO ENVELOPE FOR EMPTY CARTRIDGE!!!
The only thing that I'm NOT HAPPY about is, there is no envelope for me to use and mail back the empty cartridge!!!! My question is this. If you are so concerned about putting the empty cartridge into a regular trash, why is HP NOT GIVING THEIR CUSTOMERS THE ENVELOPE!!!!

I buy from HP because my printer is so aggressive about enforcing the expiration date and origin of my cartridges, and has rejected HP cartridges that I bought through Amazon. Probably because they sat on the shelf too long. So I am strongarmed into buying from HP. Looking for another brand of printer that doesn't play the same games that HP plays to enhance their revenue.

Make this right and comp me the second cartridge
You screwed up. I ordered a two pack with both black and tri-color cartridges. The cost was $40 roughly for the two. You sent a XL tri-color. Now I can dork around and sent it back or order a black XL cartridge to get the work done asap which is what I need. I also have to spend another $40 for the second cartridge which I can frankly NOT afford. Not impressed with your follow though.

The HP 65 ink will not be compatible with the Photosmart A826. As this Photosmart was released in 2008 and has been discontinued, those cartridges are no longer available. The cartridge that the printer used is the HP 110 ink cartridge.
