Only had this cartridge for a month or so and went to print my labels for holiday cards the other day. Many came out with the 3rd line (city, state, zip) partly faded and I had to use a pen to gently fill in. I removed the cartridge and gave it a shake and reinserted it. Next page came out no better. I know my printer is an early Photosmart and maybe you don't sell many of these cartridges.

Very disappointed in this purchase.
Installed 6/24/24 when I first recieved the cartridge and did the usual printed page at first. Every thing appeared to work well then. Now, on 10/15/24, the printer is not printing or copying. Tried to clean the cartridges which was no help.

HP deserves an award, except…
The HP original ink and the printer have never failed to perform faultlessly. The printer was purchased in 2006, has always used HP ink, and the print quality is still like new. Great product. Only complaint is that HP seems to be phasing out the ink, difficult to find, and no longer supplying the larger cartridges.

Great Service

Good cartridge, good printers, but HP's policy of gouging you on ink and not allowing you to use replacement cartridges or refill theirs STINKS!!! You can buy quarts of ink for the cost of one cartridge. If you are smart you will stay away from HP.

Misleading
It’s stated in the description that this cartridge will copy up to 200 pages. I ordered two cartridges because I had a print job of approximately 350 pages. The combined page output of these two cartridges was 243 pages. I believe hp provided a misleading description. Perhaps one could get 200 pages out of each cartridge if one were printing merely a title page. I called HP and was told it would be sent to the appropriate department but I have not heard anything back after a couple days.
