Great long lasting printer cartridge
This was so easy to install. It has lasted for 10 years in my check printer at work. I do about 500 checks a year for work so it lasted a long time. Could not be happier with this little printer or the printer cartridge performance.

Never got a chance to use the product so can't really comment
We never received the order. We were told by HP that the carrier attempted to deliver to our house and we weren't there and so they dropped the package at the post office. This is odd since we were home all day, never received a notice of attempted delivery and go to the post office regularly to get our mail and the post office never gave it to us. When we asked HP for an explanation and/or refund we got different stories from different representatives and still haven't received a refund. Very frustrating!

HP LaserJet CE285A Black Print Cartridge
I can't evaluate this right now because I have not opened the new cartridges or used them yet. They appear to be the right cartridges, and I've never had any problems with HP Laser Jet CE285A black printer cartridges in the past. I will be order more when I need them, hopefully if they are still in stock.

HP Laser Jet Cartridge has insufficient ink
The HP 85A Laser Jet Toner Cartridge is already showing insufficient ink in the cartridge. I don't do a lot of printing. I'm retired and at home and maybe print 2 pages a day on average. I have not had this cartridge for a long time and it certainly should print longer than this. I've removed the cartridge twice to bend it side to side and back and forth to get a full page of ink versus striped 'white' areas. This should not be happening.

I Can't Print
I'm glad you asked. I was only able to print one time on my ThinkPad and not at all on my Toshiba laptop. I bought my HP printer from you years ago and yet you don't seem to have a record of it so I got no reward for the toner purchase although at times you do recognize the purchase. I used to print from my PC but now my ThinkPad is not recognized as a device although my Toshiba is. I downloaded and installed the necessary drivers but still I can't print on either the ThinkPad or the Toshiba. I returned the old toner.

Probably Good, but too Expensive
The toner is good I guess, and because I cannot use another brand in the printer, I can't say how it compares. It is however, way too expensive, and when this toner cartridge is finished, I will buy another brand of printer that has more reasonably priced replacement toner cartridges.

Ah, Back to HP
Several months ago I bought a toner cartridge from Office Depot, their label. The print it rendered was not nice and dark but rather much lighter than I am used to. My replacement HP85A cartridge now installed renders wonderful printing. Moral of story: Don't buy 'same as' products - stick with reliable HP products. Oh, and my
HP Laserjet P1102w printer is 10 years old!!

Nice to have a small printer
I'm gradually printing out the electronic service manual for my 2019 Nissan NV compact cargo van. There are many, many 3 or 4 or 5 page modules to print out. I want to print on both sides so I'd have a blank side between most of the modules. So I'm feeding in the paper by hand. This little printer is hooked up to my second backup desktop computer. You only get 1600 pages and that comes down to 5 cents per page JUST FOR THE TONER. So this is not something you'd want for volume printing. I have a LaserJet Pro M501 as my regular printer.
