Ink's Fine, Policy's Not Fun
The ink's fine, but the standard that you HAVE to use HP's cartridge has become frustrating. I understand a company needs to ensure revenue, but sometimes things happen where you need ink fast, and HP's ability to ship you replacements - without paying a lot for express shipping - pales in comparison to have fast Amazon can you get products. But, as I have been dupped, there are competitors who use HP style marketing on Amazon and I've bought cartridges I couldn't use. Whole mess - so consider this when you're considering going HP.

Larger to smaller cartridges.
The ink cartridge came and I changed it out for my larger black cartridge. I have been buying the better ones, but they have went up in price so much I cannot afford them any longer. Ok at least they have smaller ones to take up where the big ones have failed

It looks like the right size, but when it got delivered its not. Your sote said its flr my printer, but it's not. I dodnt thonl orderong ink could be such a a hassle. I have 3 cartridges now that dont fit and no black ink for my printer. Very frustrating

Shipping was too long you used that DHL they didn't know where they was going with it it took it all over the background State before they brought it back it's been 3 days in Kentucky two days in Georgia came to Maynardville Tennessee after being in Knoxville went back to Knoxville came back to Maynardville went back to Knoxville and it took longer than it's supposed to have I don't have time to wait on this stuff

HP 902 Standard Yield Black Ink Cartridge Review
I have never had an issue with this HP ink working in my printer. However, I feel that it is wrong for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 printer's firmware to reject all but genuine HP ink cartridges! I recently purchased another brand's colored ink cartridges, since they were much cheaper, and documented that they were suitable for use in my printer. However, I had to return them, because my printer wouldn't print using ink cartridges without an HP chip in them! I should be able to use other brands if I want to, since they are definitely much cheaper than HP ink cartridges!

Instant Ink incorrect Cartridges Shipped
I am enrolled in t he Instabt Ink Program and my last shipment included two non-compatkble cartridges; The Black and Yello, which required that I purcase locally the correct cartridges, plus recently due to a large amount of printkng I had to again locally a Black cartride. Now when I access the Smart App it notes that I have incorrect cartridges. When I originally received the Black and Yellow cartridges, there was no means for reporting the shipment error.

The HP 902 Black Original Ink Cartridge does not have an expiration date. There is a best-if-used-by date that is determined via the manufacturer date. As manufacturing dates vary the best if used by date will vary as well. This forum will not have information on an individual cartridge best if used by date.
