Never Recieved.
I actually haven't received the product. DHL didn't deliver to my house and the Post office refused delivery. So it's marked as still en route but back in Atlanta. No refund. No News. No return. No Product.

Damaged ink cartridges.
Something is wrong with one of the cartridges I recently had received. Getting this message.
One of more cartridges are missing or damaged.
Until cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is on to avoid damage to the printer.
Don't know for sure which cartridge it is but I suspect it is the red one.
