I ordered my printer ink from HP having no problem in doing so. The cartridges arrived when stated. The three cartridges fixed in my print with no trouble. Will do so again when needing ink. I do not use the system HP has when my printer ink is running low being I do not use my printer often.

Sharp images, superior quality, expensive, slow delivery.
This ink produces superb images when used with my inexpensive little HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. I'm an old timer, and have experienced first hand the advances in printing over 50 years. Amazing. The only drawbacks are that it is so expensive, and HP took too long in sending. Ordered online but took forever to get here, 2 weeks at least. They do make recycling very easy.

They don't last as long as they claim. I would say 50% at best. I just use my printer for home use and I still spend over $200 a year on ink. That's ridiculous! And my printer will reject any other brand of ink. They have monopolized the ink industry and will charge you whatever they want. I wish I could find a solution to this dilemma, but so far NO LUCK!

Red Ink Does Not Work
The red ink cartridge in both packages does not work. A message comes up on the printer that the cartridge is either missing or damaged. The yellow and blue cartridges do work. I put back the old spent red cartridge which is accepted by the printer but has no ink left for color printing. I need two red replacements.
