Genuine HP cartridges didn’t solve the problem
I had ordered ink cartridges for my HP 6600 all in one printer via Amazon thinking they were genuine HP cartridges. They were not, but I removed the depleted red one and replaced it with the non-HP new cartridge from Amazon. The printer went through its normal routine trying to set up the new cartridge, but it failed showing a message to that effect. So I returned all the cartridges to Amazon and ordered the 933 cartridges from HP. When they arrived, I installed the red one, the printer again went through its setup routine, which unfortunately failed as before. I downloaded updated drivers but that didn’t help, so I have new ink and a non-functional printer.

Leaking HP cartridge
The ink leaked all over my printer, an HP printer, and I called HP to have the cartridge replaced.
After spending over $100.00 on the 3 pack and a black ink pack.
I am owed a replacement. My printer paper gets ruined and I cannot print. Ingot no help whatsoever

HP firmware to detect after market cartridges damages printer if you use them.
The Hp 6600 no longer work with any cartridges. I bought genuine HP cartridges and it gave message something wrong with them. 3 sets of cartridges failed. 1 genuine HP set, and 2 refilled sets. Same thing happened with the HP 6510. Once HP updates the fermware for detecting after market cartridges, and use them. Genuine cartridges no longer will work either.

Ink replacement cost is LUDICROUS!!!
The delivery time was inconceivable! I could have purchased a printer for the cost of replacement ink. Adding insult to injury when the cartridge is nearly depleted a warning states, "COUNTERFEIT CARTRIDGE, NOT HP ORIGINAL"

Very disappointed
After installing the Color cartridges and going through the triple process if cleaning the print heads I still had no color on the items I attempted to print. I have never experienced this with ink cartridges I have purchased locally. Very disappointed.

Ordering too early
I ordered the refills to have when I run out of ink. In the meantime my printer broke and was unusable. I bought a new printer (HP) that does not use that ink. Now I'm stuck with it.

I resent your HP ink extortion business model.
I only use the black ink and resent the HP extortion business model where I need to continuously buy a $45 HP 933 CMY Combo 3 pack just so I can print a B&W text page. The CMY Combo pack quickly evaporates and then I am forced to buy it again just so I can print a B&W text document. That qualifies as extortion to me.

Poor results
I am very disappointed that when I do not use the printer for 6 or 8 months that when I tried print I had to replace several of the cartridges and they were new before I had left. They did not last to print anything close to the number of pages the say you get out of a cartridge.
