MISLED BY NEW HP CARTRIDGE/WHY BUY HP
The new HP magenta Cartridge#140CNO51 made one copy then no more. Printer is no longer working. Error appeared that said check cartridge or call HP. How am I to do that? My printer has never ceased to work or print until I purchased from HP this cartridge. Now it does not print.

Ink works well.Delivery was shocking.
Delivery was awfully late even though it was on the very last day of their business day. I had to wait 7 days and couldn't use my printer for days. I could easily buy this ink other websites or any store around me. This kind of 3-5 business day delivery system that takes apx.1 week cannot compete with other leading online stores that also have the same products with similar prices.

New Ink Cartridge
A friend gifted me her used HP printer which was much better than the one I was using and it came with some inks but soon ran out of the Magenta ink cartridge so I purchased one. I have yet to install it because most of my printing has been black and white.

Our HP printer never worked well but with some work from us each time we got it working but with a recent update to their software the printer will only accept HP ink and even then the printer still won't work anymore. Don't buy HP products they use DRM that forces you to buy their overpriced ink cartridges and their software updates break more than they fix.

I own a HP Officejet Pro 8625 e-All-in-One Printer and started having a problem with printing. I used your online help and followed all the steps for ink system failure. That is when I purchased an ink cartridge from HP on Dec 28, 2020. It arrived quickly, and I replaced my old cartridge. I still was having an issue and at the next step I was advised to replace the printer cartridge latch which costs about $169.00. A friend has graciously lent me her spare printer until I decide what it is I want to do about my HP printer. I am truly disappointed with the short lifespan of my Hewlett Packard. The printer was bought for my personal use. I am retired and mainly work on my genealogy. The printer was well taken care of and I imagined it would last for many years.
I also now have a new useless ink cartridge which I paid $29.31 including tax and no printer to use it with. It makes no sense to purchase the latch for such a high price with no guarantee that will solve the issue.

Works just fine, new cartridge. When ordering online, take care to make sure you have 'Next day Delivery' clicked on, standard is like 3 days. Price delivered ends up a couple bucks less than going to Staples, so good deal.

The cartrige is ok but the HP Printer horrible
We have a HP Officejet 8600 that give us so much problem, I have to restart it all the time,
it says that we have an paper jam or need a new cartridge and in fact we don't. So we had to buy few cartriges but the problem persists.
The cartriges are great, we only need a good printer.
