Shopping with HP Iwas extremely DISSATISFIED. The shipping was two days over the most time estimated. When looking for status online, shipping method was DHL. after four days of no update in status, I chatted with HP Rep online. That Rep shipping by USPS. In this day, having 8-10 days shipping is unheard of. I will NEVER go HP direct with ink ! With the premium cost of ink from HP you would think HP could secure timely shipping for its customers.

Very disappointed in quality control and response
The ink in my new Yellow Cartridge dispensed Green Ink rather than Yellow! I contacted the HP store to report this issue and to inquire about returning it but to my surprise and dismay never heard a peep back from them.

Finding what I needed
At first it was sort of difficult to find what I needed,as the regular cartridges came up first and then the XL cartridges came up. After that it was a good experience. Shipping was more than the 1 to 2 days stated.

The best ink for an HP printer
I always buy HP Cartridges to use in my HP Printer. They used to ship next day for free now it takes a full week to get the merchandise. That is something I have to work into my ordering lead time. I do recommend this product.

Colors way off when printing
Ordered a full set of 951 ink cartridges for my HP 86200 Plus printer. When trying to print anything in color the colors come out way off from what the colors of the item I am trying to print. As an example, the heading in the photo I am including with this review "The Arkansas River" was supposed to print in a brilliant red, instead it came out as a darkish, purplish color. The items also print very dark. Very disappointed.

Ink life is poor
The ink and printer work perfectly however the cartridge life is very poor, and the colored inks are consumed even when only printing in black and white. Price is way too high.

A Big Disappointment
Original equipment needs original parts. Guess what happened? Yep, the cartridge was rejected by the printer as a non-HP product. So far I purchased genuine HP ink cartridges from a local dealer, Amazon dot com and your mail order enterprise. None of them worked. For grins and giggles, I purchased a compatible cartridge made in India and it worked. Believe it or not, this is the first time in the 9 years I owned the HP Office-Jet Pro 251dw I used a substitute cartridge for a replacement. Sad, isn't it? HP after all these years of faithfully purchasing their products, has let me down and out close to $400 skins.

Just what I needed!
I needed a Yellow & Magenta ink cartridges and decided to check out the HP Store and compare it to the "big box" Office Supply stores near me. I have always bought the HP cartridges and not the store brand--I read various reviews and wasn't impressed!
Each cartridge was only 10c more than the Office Supply stores. Add in the free S&H, and it was a done deal! Besides the fact that I would have spent more than 20c in gas to get to a Office Supply store, I didn't have to wonder if they were in stock, deal with taking the "theft-proof" plastic box to the check-out. I also did not have to hassle with a mask, do the "social distancing" thing (look for the x's, circles, boxes, etc. at the check-out)!
Got my items much sooner than I expected, and arrived in excellent condition. Packaged in a sturdy new box with the air "pillows".
Will do this again the next time I need ink cartridges!

Best Home Three-in-one I've had
This ink cartridge fits what I understand is one of the best printers that HP has made - the 8600 Officejet Pro. I have it at home and it is my favorite I have ever had. It is so good, that I am sure, now that I have stored up on some ink, HP will stop producing it. They did that to my wide format HP 7510 (prints up to 13 x 19) just after I stocked up on ink for it., And of course, something went wrong within weeks of my purchase; and the replacement for that wide format went from a couple of hundred dollars to nearly a $1000 (I replaced it with another brand - that'll teach 'em) - hope I don't go through that with this printer. I don't use it commercially, so I don't know about efficiencies

My HP Office Jet All in One 8712 Printer is out of colored ink. I simply want to buy 1 -3 color cartridges. I do not want a monthly program.
Thank you for your question! You don't have to use a monthly program. You can still buy the compatible cartridges for that printer and you are good to go. The 8712 printer will use the HP 952 ink cartridges.

Can I still buy any printer that uses 950/951 ink?
Thank you for your question regarding the 950/951 inks. There are currently no active printers that use those cartridges. The HP store does not have any models on hand that use those cartridges.
